Dark Brown/Black Solid Oak 8 Seater Dining Table And 8 really comfy sturdy Chairs. Structure wise all items are in fully working condition but please note the chairs will require an all over wash/clean possibly with an upholstery cleaner as they have been stored previously in the garage and do have water/condensation on parts of them which is noticeable but this will come out with a proper clean (tried this on one chair and it worked) there is small faint coloured felt tip pen mark x2 on 1 chair and on a separate chair a small tear on the backrest also, but it isn't very noticeable.
