The chair frame is made from high quality birch timber and the seat is comprised of a fully webbed sprung seat upholstered in the finest French velvet for extra comfort.

If the pile does become crushed, the angle of pile alters, which may result in areas of pile appearing lighter or darker in shade. During time pile may relax and lift. If any pressure marks continue to persist, a light steaming or gentle brushing in the direction of the pile will also be beneficial. This is a natural characteristic of velvet and not a manufacturers fault.
